Nicolette Inglese (Nicki) is a cookie artist and pastry chef from Southern California.  After receiving her certificate from the Culinary Institute for America, Nicki worked for several years in the bakery at Disneyland California before breaking away and starting her own confection business.  Daughter of a So Cal restaurateur, Nicolette grew up in the food industry and hopes to continue her family's mission of bringing joy to others through the art of all things sweets.
